Attentivecare is owned and managed by a Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience in adult and adolescent mental health, geriatric mental health, and public health. We develop a care plan that centers our residents’ personal values in decisions about their care. At attentivecare we believe that people with mental illness can achieve their potential and be respected as workers, neighbors, and friends. Our dedicated healthcare professionals truly believe in nurturing each resident’s individual growth by providing compassionate care and a supportive atmosphere for resident’s to become productive participants in society despite the challenges of mental illness.

Attentive Care Access
Attentive Care provides Nursing Care to all individuals residing in our customized living home.
- Our Registered Nurse (RN) has a background experience in adult and adolescent mental health, as well as geriateric mental health, Public health and case management.
24-Hour Assistance
Attentive Care provides 24-hour support to all individuals residing in our customized living home.
- Around the-clock staffing who are available 24/7 from Monday-Sunday. Our compassionate and skilled staff members are constantly engaging with residents and addressing concerns.
Our Home
Our group home is wheelchair accessible with ramps, rails in the bathrooms, and hardwood floors for easy movement throughout the home. Our group home is located on Diffley and Highway 13 which is a hot spot for many locations. Within a 5 to 10-minute reach places like the Mall of America, Eagan Outlet Mall, Cub, Target, Walmart, and a Postal Office are right around the corner. Not only will our group home provide comforting and attentive care but it will also provide ease of access to many desired locations.
